• Pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Content that incites violence or hate speech.
• Copyrighted material without permission.

3. Privacy & Data

VidByme provides simple video hosting. We do not sell your personal data. However, any video uploaded with a public link can be accessed by anyone who has that link.

4. Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported through our "Report Abuse" system without prior notice.
